POSITION TITLE: Barista

DEPARTMENT: Dining Division Einstein Bros. Bagels
POSITION SUMMARY:
At Paradies Lagardre we take pride in offering travelers a welcoming and enjoyable experience with great food and beverages. As a Barista at Einstein Bros. Bagels you will be responsible for preparing and serving expertly crafted coffee espresso drinks and fresh food items while providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Youll be a key part of the team ensuring that guests receive highquality drinks and food while maintaining a clean and organized work area. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Barista you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere while ensuring topquality service. Your daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Preparing and serving coffee espresso drinks teas and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Crafting fresh bagels sandwiches and bakery items ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Operating coffee machines grinders and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keeping the workstation coffee bar and prep areas stocked clean and wellorganized.
- Following food safety sanitation and hygiene protocols to meet all health and safety regulations.
- Handling transactions at the pointofsale (POS) system accurately including processing cash and card payments.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with restocking supplies as needed.
- Supporting teammates by assisting in different areas as required.
- Upholding company appearance and uniform standards including wearing slipresistant shoes.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Performing any additional duties assigned by management.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a caf coffee shop or fastcasual dining environment is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Barista or coffeemaking experience is a plus but not required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced highvolume setting while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to follow recipes safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods lift up to 30 lbs. and work in an environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands.
