Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant BA/DA
In this role you will be responsible for crafting clean functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
Manage complex business requirements from gathering to refinement to realisation; looking for opportunities to standardise and simplify
Documentation of detailed requirements based on technical build and business user standard operating procedures.
Understanding and challenging design based on the business case benefits of solutions via data and managing change requests through structured program governance
Set the standards for all projects to follow user story creation impact assessment etc. through business process descriptions use cases scenarios business analysis task and workflow analysis;
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose high level information into details abstract up from low level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs;
Proactively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the Functional and NonFunctional requirements in the stories
Lead or contribute to underlying business process discovery analysis reengineering and documentation. Matching process design with business goals user stories/experience and functional capability
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plan
Guide the product owner in creating user stories and acceptance criteria in a clear and unambiguous style
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and nonfunctional requirements
Serve as a conduit between the customer community (Key Stakeholders and endusers) and the software development team through which requirements flow; Ensure developers understand the context of the changes and impact to any downstream and upstream systems
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse tradeoffs between usability and performance needs; Understand system technical limitations at a high level
Highlight risks to the PM before they become issues so they can be tracked
Review SIT defects prior to the start of UAT in conjunction with Scrum Delivery Manager Involvement in UAT test phase; helping with or even leading on test strategy creation guiding users and supporting /analysing user queries

Minimum Qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Experience of working in a reporting & analytics team either in a projects or business as usual capacity
Understanding of Analytics service models and technology platforms
Agile methodology and practice
Understanding of Jira and confluence
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ownership of issues
Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgment
Strong abilities in large data handling through one or multiple of the following: Microsoft Excel.
Delivery experience in all phases of the endtoend Data Migration life cycle Time management skills Data Mapping delivery
Data Analysis
Negotiation and influencing skills particularly across differing stakeholder levels
Experience working within Human Resources in the financial industry preferable
Have worked in an international dynamic organization Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint
Excellent communication skills oral written and presentation
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience
Possess good English communication skills both written and oral be able to articulate technical concepts to business users
