Requirements
As a Product Writer you will be responsible for:
- Writing andmaintaining content for the SupportPortal (FAQs help articles and guides).
- Drafting internal and external communicationensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Keeping all content up to date with product enhancementsand industry trends.
- Leveraging feedback and analytics to improvecontent and engagement.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys breakingdown complex trading concepts into simple easytounderstand content.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 1 year at FYERS with a solid understanding of our products and trading platforms.
- Strong written andverbal communication skillsabilityto simplify financial concepts.
- Interest in content development (prior writingexperience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and alignmessaging with brand voice.
- Problemsolving skillsand the ability to contextualizecustomer queries effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g. NISMSeriesVIII: EquityDerivatives Certification) may be a plus.
