Job Description
Position Purpose
The candidate must be able to work DAYTIME AND EVENING AVAILABIITY REQUIRED IN THE GREATER YOUNGSTOWN AREA.

Youll be a great fit if:
- You have a MBA from an accredited business college or university. (ACBSP accreditation preferred).
- Are available to work both day and evening hours.
- Are able to work in the Youngstown Ohio area.
- You are current in your field of expertise.
Essential Functions
- Facilitating courses which include developing and maintaining syllabi preparing unit tests and final examinations developing assignments and projects.
- Assess the success and objectives of the course while coordinating with fulltime faculty members and adjuncts to provide consistency and high academic standards.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to the learning environment including instructions of college courses
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Deliver enthusiastic highquality instructions to our students (including exploring new and innovative ways to deliver the instructions).
- Participate in committee assignments within our department division and college.
- Work with fulltime faculty members to provide consistency and high academic standards.
- Must possess excellent organizational communications and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to function effectively and productively in teambased initiatives.
- Use technology including all MS Office programs Blackboard and Internetdelivered materials
