Job Description
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company
Role and responsibilities
Role Purpose
Supports SAPEX projects with the Project Support tool (ALM) Test and Requirements Management activities.
Responsibilities
- Project Support tool (ALM) customizing support
- Supports test scope definition test script collection test scenario definition in Visio and Project Support Tool
- Supports Project Managers with project test management activities
- Supports BPOs Solution Architects Change Managers with requirements gathering followup and reporting
- Requirements Test Scripts upload to the Project Support tool
- Test Cycle setup in the Project Support Tool
- Requirements Test Cycle Defect Reporting
- Project Support tool user training
- Supports users with the Project Support tool
- Defect Management support daily reporting followup
- Communication with Project Support tool supplier: technical support requests new functionality requests upgrade tasks
Required experience and skills
Work experience
- Experience with SAP rollout projects
- Test Management Experience
- Experience in manufacturing industries preferably metal and/or automotive
- Project support tool technical knowledge
Expected skills expected softskills competencies
- Understanding of ERP solutions
- ERP Rollout experience
- Project Support Tool technical knowledge
- Skilled Office 365 user
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Able to travel up to 30
- Driving license
