Position Summary:
- TheBarista Lead position is responsible to open or close the store daily ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
Shift:
Parttime 20 hours per week)
Evening Shift

Education/ Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 35 years experience in retail hospitality culinary experience required.
Licensure/Certifications:
Barista specialty drink certification or equivalent required
ServSafe certification preferred but not required
Salary Range: Minimum16.40per hour Maximum27.09per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
