About the Role
We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated Investor Relations Specialist to join our Team in Milan. He/She will actively support the Investor Relations Director in the of the communication strategy towards the financial community with the aim of create and manage a strong corporate reputation across financial markets. He/She will alternate the activities between Technogym HQ in Cesena (FC) and our Milan office.
Responsibilities
- Support communication with financial analysts
- Benchmark and identification of new investor profiles
- Support in the organization of roadshows
- Manage consistent and clear communication between the company and potential/existing clients
- Support the Investor Relations Director in the preparation of dedicated investor documentation
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations Director in planning and executing roadshows and financial events
- Prepare detailed reporting on stock and stock market performance
- Keep Companys online communication updated mainly but not exclusively through the Investor Relations area of the Technogym website
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Economics or Banking and Financial Services
- 35 years of experience in investor relations (preferably in listed companies from luxury/lifestyle industry)
- Availability to international business trips
- Economic/financial expertise and knowledge of key business valuation models (DCF)
- Advanced skills in quantitative analysis use of analytical tools and complex financial models
- Indepth knowledge of Regulations of the Italian Stock Exchange and Consob
- English fluency (minimum level required C1 CEFR)
- Strong communication listening and relational skills
- Passion for wellness and financial markets
