Roles and Responsibilities:
Documenting all the payroll records within a given timeframe.
Ensure salary processing of all employees with 100 accuracy.
Update Bank account number for salary disbursement and other related data.
Ensure joining formalities are done at the time of employee reporting viz. issuance of the Appointment order Bank formalities & Biometric Login
Collect and maintain all the relevant documents as mentioned in the checklist
Basic Induction is conducted by explaining to the new employee the policy & procedural guidelines etc. before deputation on the job.
Ensure Internal communication is sent to all concerned departments informing the joining of the new employees.
Managing Time & Attendance viz. Correction and Regularization and keeping track of it.
Processing salary hold release.
Ensuring the payment of PF & ESIC challan within TAT. Processing the working for the challan.
Processing absconding within TAT.
Ensure every employee who leaves the organization completes the exit interview process. Ensure the employee separation is done in all departments as required.
Take care of endtoend F & F settlement.
Ensure every employee who leaves the organization is issued relieving/experience certificates accordingly.
Help exemployees in the documentation for PF withdrawal.
