Job Description
DaytoDay Role:
- Develop Process Management framework to promote continuous improvement in Paper and Thermoforming departments.
- Define SIPOC Process Maps Control Plans Reaction Plans and structured audits to manage the process.
- Utilize Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for risk analysis and process improvement.
- Devise operational excellence tools like Strategic Business Plan Daily Management Gemba A3 problemsolving and Kaizen.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Two 2)years of experience as a Process Engineer or a related occupation
- One 1 year of experience with Statistical Process Control
- One 1 year of experience with Minitab
- One 1 year of experience with Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
- One 1 year of experience with Design of Experiments (DOEs)
- One 1 year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- One 1 year of experience with VBA Programming
- One 1 year of experience with Root Cause Analysis
- One 1 year of experience with Standardized Work Instructions
