What is the Role
Youll be supporting four individuals with learning disabilities in their home helping them live independently develop new skills and enjoy meaningful experiences. No two days are the same! You might spend one day going for a scenic countryside walk dancing to music or enjoying a movie night and the next helping with budgeting daily tasks or social activities. Youll be part of a positive and encouraging team that follows the do with not do for approachempowering the individuals we support to thrive.
What Youll Be Doing:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with daily living skills (cooking cleaning household tasks)
Administering medication safely
Encouraging hobbies and activities (hiking music film nights and more!
Supporting social inclusionhelping individuals access community groups and visit loved ones
Helping with budgeting and finances
Encouraging independent living and promoting personal growth
Ensuring accurate and highquality recordkeeping
Being a team player and bringing new ideas to improve the service
What Skills and Experience Do You Need
