Job Description:
As a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Head youre responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a QMS ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
QMS Development and Implementation:
Develop document and implement the QMS ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and industry standards Including ISO 9001 AS9100 IATF ISO13485 NADCAP ISO14001 ISO45001 ISO22163 ISO27001 ESD S20:20 IPC 600 IPC610 IPC620 IPC7711/22 JSTD001 TM650 UL508A etc..
Define and document quality policies procedures and processes.
Ensure the QMS is effectively communicated and understood throughout the organization.
Implementing Quality Management Systems and ensure that the QMS is effectively implemented across all departments and processes.
Developing Quality Policies and Objectives and establish clear quality policies and set measurable quality objectives that align with the organization s goals
Conducting Training and Awareness Programs: Educate employees about quality standards procedures and their roles in maintaining quality
Performing Audits and Inspections: Regularly conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QMS.
Managing NonConformances: Identify document and take corrective actions for any nonconforming products or processes
Facilitating Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
Communicating with Stakeholders: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and improvements.
Reporting on Quality Performance: Provide regular reports on the performance of the QMS to top management and other stakeholders
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and incorporating customer feedback into quality improvement initiatives
Ensure that all inhouse systems and procedures are updated revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO 9001AS9100 IATF ISO13485 NADCAP ISO14001ISO45001 ISO22163 ISO27001 ESD S20:20 IPC 600 IPC610 IPC620 IPC7711/22 JSTD001 TM650 UL508A etc..
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
Compliance and Auditing:
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with the QMS and relevant standards.
Identify and address nonconformances and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Actively Participating Customer audits and Continuous Improvement activities.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
Quality Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the QMS and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and identify trends.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the quality team providing guidance training and support.
Set performance objectives for the team and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate quality standards and expectations to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality is integrated into all processes.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering business quality management).
Experience:
Overall Experience 1820 years Proven experience in developing implementing and maintaining QMS preferably in a leadership role.
Knowledge:
Indepth knowledge of quality management principles standards and industry regulations. (ISO 9001AS9100 IATF ISO13485 NADCAP ISO14001ISO45001 ISO22163 ISO27001 ESD S20:20 IPC 600 IPC610 IPC620 IPC7711/22 JSTD001 TM650 UL508A etc..

Certifications:
