The Position:
Product Management Directors at GameChanger lead and organize work across multiple crossfunctional product teams. In this role you will manage a team of senior product managers. The teams you will oversee platforms and core services that power GameChanger. Performance scale customer experience and developer experience are your teams domains.
What Youll Do:
Lead the product management team to develop and execute productled strategies; setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation impact and collaboration.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Design CX and GotoMarket leadership to ensure seamless integration and alignment around product initiatives.
Define and communicate a compelling product vision strategy and roadmap that prioritize user needs and market demands; recommend strategic shifts based on changes in the business landscape.
Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure product performance user engagement and overall business impact.
Advocate for our customers by understanding their needs and behaviors and translate these into product improvements and innovations.
Recruit coach and inspire product managers.
What Youll Bring:
8 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success establishing and executing technology product strategy at the leadership level.
You are an exceptional communicator who embodies storytelling skills including written verbal and numeric communication.
Skills in alignmentbuilding persuasion storytelling and coaching.
Experience recruiting other highperforming product managers and growing them.
A strong product sense to develop intuitive insights paired with an analytical mindset to use the best evidence available.
An ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

The target salary range for this position is between $210000 and $240000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive equity and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
