Were looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our WinstonSalem Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to lead a care team including a dietitian exercise trainer and medical providers in our innovative model. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the problems and conditions associated with obesity and engaging patients in our multidisciplinary service model. Your services should align with evidencebased practice and productivity standards set by Novant Health and CoreLife leadership.

- Education: A masters degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or a related field is required.
- Experience: One to three years of experience working in a physician practice setting. Preferred
- Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- A Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor is required.
- Team members working strictly in behavioral health outpatient clinics are exempt from stateapproved curricula but are required to take NEC0170 Deescalation Techniques and Effective Communication Strategies within 3 months of hire required.
- Additional Skills Required: Good working knowledge of computers. Ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations.
