Job Description

Job Summary
As an Associate at Townhouse Partners you will be an integral part of our team supporting our advisory and consulting services for commercial real estate transactions. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to conduct analyses financial modeling and due diligence for various real estate projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute to the success of highprofile client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and underwriting for commercial real estate transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support due diligence and advisory services.
- Perform detailed market research and data analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project management and client engagements.
- Monitor and track market trends property performance and industry developments.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations providing insights and analysis as needed.
- Lead and deliver training for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in real estate finance investment analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and industry trends.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong research analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to travel <10 as needed.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMBS (Commercial MortgageBacked Securities) underwriting and analysis.
- Familiarity with real estate valuation techniques and software.
