Are you a datadriven professional with a passion for systems process and making an impact in a fastpaced startup environment Were seeking a Director of CRM & Customer Data Strategy to oversee of our customer data ecosystem and own the sales and marketing strategies that will drive efficient accelerated growth. As the Director of CRM & Customer Data Strategy you will be responsible for the following:

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 7 years in CRM management data analysis and sales support; experience with systems like NetSuite Salesforce Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of data flows system integrations and CRM setups; knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
Analytical Mindset: Expertise in data analysis segmentation and performance measurement; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Leadership: A selfstarter with the ability to manage projects independently set a vision for data strategy and influence crossfunctional teams.
Startup Mentality: Comfortable working in an unstructured fastmoving environment with the ability to adapt learn quickly and find creative solutions to challenges.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear concise manner.
Autonomy and Ownership: A gogetter who thrives on owning projects and making an impact.
