Responsibilities:
- Lead complete and accurate endtoend fund reporting.
- Collaborate with Fund Administrators to ensure timely completion of trial balances and management accounts.
- Liaise with external auditors to navigate the audit process.
- Manage the daytoday operations of the Funds including cash flow and legal documentations.
- Ensure compliance with quarterly and semiannual reporting processes and investor requirements.
Requirements:
MustHaves:
- CA(SA) qualification.
- Minimum two years experience postarticles with a Big 4 firm in Financial Services.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
NicetoHaves:
- Understanding of company structures and shareholding.
- Experience with international fund administration.
