Job Description
Compa is an Italianstyle meatfocused restaurant by renowned chef Matt Moran that prioritises quality produce sourced from some of Australias leading producers and local suppliers. With a commitment to paddocktotable dining Compa provides an authentic and unforgettable experience.
We are looking for a passionate CDP who wants to be part of something special keen to learn and move up the ranks.
About the role
- Work closely with head chef and sous chef to ensure Quality and consistency.
- Role is 5 days per week
- Opportunity to grow with in the company and move up in the restaurant and group
- Annual salary full time CDP role at $75000 plus super
About you
- Ability to run a section in a busy quality restaurant.
- Ability to train staff under you
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual & reliable
- Hold valid working rights in Australia
- Love food with a passion to learn more
