The Opportunity
The aim of Targeted Care Packages is first and foremost to achieve better outcomes for children and young people in outofhome care.
At the heart of the framework is the child and carer with specialist therapeutic intervention and support services wrapped around the young person to enable them to experience a sense of belonging support to achieve and thrive with hope for their future. This position supports both the young person and the carer/s on a 1:1 basis.
This role will also be involved with Berry Streets OUR house program which provides day respite transport and 1:1 support to young people of all ages either at the house or in the local community completing outreach.

Qualification requirements include a Diploma in Youth Work Social Work Community Services or other related field. However applicants without a qualification can be considered at an unqualified rate.
