Amazon Blink Supply Chain and Operations is seeking a Principal Procurement and Strategy Manager to oversee Contract Manufacturing Partner Sourcing and Management activities. This role will focus on leading vendor negotiations developing consistent negotiation methodology and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholder teams and affiliated Amazon procurement teams. A successful candidate will deliver improved financial results delivery performance effectively utilize capacity and drive sustainability efforts. This individual must manage multiple vendors concurrently and directly working with a team that contributes significantly to overall operations and supply chain strategy and effectiveness. Internal and external relationship management is paramount along with strong analytical and problemsolving skills. In this role you are responsible for delivering successful negotiations at scale working with senior leadership of external vendors and providing thoughtleadership within procurement and several Amazon stakeholder teams. Ability to travel internationally expected at 15 per year.

Bias for Action: Delivering endtoend New Product Introduction contract projects working through many obstacles and unexpected challenges along the way in order to maintain momentum.
Communication: Communicating product and process expectations and requirements with external and internal leadership teams writing wellreasoned and datadriven proposals performing data analysis as necessary.
Technical Problem Solving: Utilizing problemsolving skills to work through difficult challenges including the full procurement cycle from sourcing negotiations legal requirements and internal systems updates.
7 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
7 years of program or project management experience
7 years of managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
7 years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
10 years of supply chain experience
Bachelors degree
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience delivering projects within scope time budget and quality
Ten years managing consumer electronics manufacturing at scale of $100 million
