Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist in Financial Analysis:
- Help in preparing costing sheet prior to tender / proposal submission.
- Work closely with the PFR Manager to track the costing sheet with the actual costs post award of tender / order.
Support Tender Processes:
- Participate in the preparation of tender documents.
- Assist in tender submissions.
Contract Management:
- Help monitor contract performance ensuring compliance with terms and deadlines till handover of the project to the delivery team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Coordinate with founder team and external partners to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ethical mindset with an understanding of confidentiality requirements.
