Position Summary:

As a Senior Talent Partner at Midway Staffing youll have the exciting opportunity to manage the fullcycle recruitment process across a variety of industries including light industrial professional services healthcare and more through our sister companies. This is more than just a recruitment role its about making a lasting impact by sourcing recruiting and placing toptier talent at all levels from entrylevel to executive positions.

Youll play a key role in shaping and strengthening our company culture ensuring that every hire aligns with the core values and vision of Midway and its sister companies. By collaborating with internal teams youll develop and execute strategic recruitment solutions build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver exceptional staffing solutions that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for a diverse range of internal positions across the Company portfolio ensuring you attract top talent in a timely costeffective and efficient manner.

  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline actively engaging with toptier candidates through innovative sourcing strategies creating a consistent flow of qualified talent to meet current and future business needs.

  • Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand the companys vision culture and talent needs aligning recruitment strategies with longterm goals and fostering a cohesive organizational growth plan.

  • Use datadriven insights and recruitment analytics to optimize processes ensuring alignment with key metrics like timetofill qualityofhire and retention while continuously improving recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with leadership to elevate employer branding positioning Midway as an employer of choice and attracting the best candidates in a competitive job market.

  • Develop and implement retention strategies that go beyond filling immediate needs ensuring hired talent is set up for longterm success and a fulfilling career driving engagement and reducing turnover.

  • Continuously refine recruitment processes by staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging cuttingedge tools and technologies to drive innovation and improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • 57 years of experience in talent acquisition recruitment or a similar clientfocused role with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.

  • Proven ability to build and nurture longterm relationships with stakeholders delivering exceptional service and creating value.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.

  • A proactive adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic highenergy workplace.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
