Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the group ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to executive management and stakeholders.
- Head Office Finance: Manage the financial activities at the head office ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the finance team ensuring efficient and accurate reporting processes.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of financial strategies and longterm business plans.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and regulatory standards.
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years postqualification experience in group finance or consolidation roles.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
