Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst with experience on Vision PLUS
- Business Analyst that can help Migrating existing processes to Vision PLUS and in mapping data sources
- Existing experience in accounts receivable and disputes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements and processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements use cases process flows and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
Skills:
- Vision plus Business analyst.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience:
- 612 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Experience leading a team of BAs
- Exposure to different industries and domains
DaytoDay Activities:
- Lead the team in conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering workshops
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to resolve issues
- Provide status updates to project stakeholders and management
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
