Job Description:
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Evaluate costeffectiveness for all the activities.
- Recommend ways to make an activity more cost effective and productive Check and certify the Subcontractor / Labour bills
- Efficiently working towards quantities and material reconciliation
- Work on the cash outflow of the project to ensure the audit of quantity of material inward and stock at site
- Prepare bill of quantities & bills.
- Analysis of Rate as per CPWD.
- Data entry & analysis in SAP.
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors contractors.
- Construction supervision of civil interior works at the site including safety quality and time schedule.
- Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pretender estimates.
- Prepare detailed Comparative Statements.
