Job Description
A large and wellestablished accounting firm is seeking experienced CPAs for Tax and Audit Manager positions. This role offers a clear path to partnership making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and growthoriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tax or audit engagements ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants providing guidance and training
- Review financial statements tax returns and audit reports for accuracy and completeness
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance
- Conduct audits identify potential risks and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor
- Stay updated on industry regulations tax laws and accounting standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support firm growth and operational goals
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required
- Experience in tax or audit roles within a public accounting firm
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and tax/auditrelated tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- A goaldriven mindset with the ambition to grow into a partnership role
