Job Title:Assistant Manager / Manager Talent Acquisition
Experience:7 Years
Location:Mumbai SakiNaka
Industry:BPO / Contact Center
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-endbulk hiringforsales roles in voice process
- Partner with businessstakeholdersto plan and execute hiring strategies
- Source candidates via portals walk-ins referrals and vendors
- Drive high-volume recruitment drives and ensure quick TAT
- Ensure quality hiring aligned with sales performance requirements
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting
- Lead a team of recruiters (for Manager role)
Requirements:
- 7 years of experienceinsales hiringforBPO/voice processes
- Strongstakeholder managementand communication skills
- Hands-on experience with bulk recruitment sourcing tools & hiring analytics
- Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools preferred
- Team handling experience is a plus
