Job Description

Salesworx is onthe hunt for a Key Account Manager : Emergency Care Division(National) for their client. This role is responsible for developing andexecuting marketing and sales strategies for the Public Access portfolioensuring alignment with industry regulations and company objectives. Thesuccessful candidate will work toachieve and exceed sales and profitability targets while managing keyrelationships product supply market access and training.


KeyResponsibilities

  • Develop andimplement strategic marketing and sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Establish andmaintain strong relationships with stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Organize andmanage marketing activities including congresses customer workshops andeducational events.
  • Conduct producttraining and evaluations for external customers.
  • Oversee marketaccess processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage stockforecasting and inventory levels.
  • Assist their Manager in sales budgeting and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintainrelationships with suppliers internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Handleadministrative responsibilities including monthly reports on marketingactivities expenses and profitability.
  • Plan andcoordinate expert meetings and workshops with key customers.



Requirements

MinimumRequirements:

  • Grade 12(Matric) qualification.
  • A relevant degreeor diploma is an advantage.
  • Medical salesor marketing qualifications are preferred.
  • Experience inthe medical industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong clinicaland product knowledge is a plus.
  • Establishedrelationships with key customers will be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Excel PowerPoint Word).

  • Strong projectmanagement and organizational abilities.
  • Ability toanalyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong businessand financial acumen to drive key decisions.
  • Proven abilityto work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to workin a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High levels of motivationintegrity and commitment to achieving results.

  • Must have a reliablevehicle.
  • Willingness towork flexible hours including extended hours when required.
