As a parental leave cover for a Senior Customer Success Manager at Unmind you will play a key role in driving commercial expansion customer retention and fostering deeprooted relationships across a portfolio of highvalue accounts. With a strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace youll ensure that our customers continue to receive measurable value while also benefiting from a thoughtful longterm partnership that aligns with Unminds mission
Parental Leave Cover Key Responsibilities
As a parental leave cover you will be responsible for maintaining the success and momentum of our largest and most complex accounts in the Americas overseeing a $2.5M book of business. Your role will ensure continuity in strategic customer management retention and growth during this period.
Sustaining Commercial Growth:
Maintain visibility on expansion opportunities within the customer base ensuring a seamless approach to ongoing commercial initiatives. Work crossfunctionally with sales and marketing to support the of gotomarket strategies for new platform features or enhancements.
Ensuring Customer Retention:
Proactively manage client relationships to maintain high retention rates addressing potential challenges before they arise. Keep a strong focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and customer advocacy efforts.
Nurturing Customer Relationships:
Continue to build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts ensuring valuedriven engagement. Lead ongoing strategic planning sessions and workshops to reinforce trust and mutual success.
Acting as a Key Liaison:
Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams ensuring a seamless flow of communication. Advocate for customer needs with product engineering and support teams keeping client priorities aligned with business objectives.
Maintaining Team Collaboration and Culture:
Work closely with the broader Customer Success and Commercial team to uphold a proactive customercentric culture. Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices to support a smooth transition and continuity of service.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that key customer relationships and business objectives remain on track during the parental leave period.

We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However some experience in the following is important for this position:
Min 5 years experience with experience in expansion and renewal management.
Demonstrable experience in understanding and contributing to commercial numbers highlighting a proven ability to impact growth and retention metrics positively.
Proficient in understanding the customer strategies and initiatives and how that can translate into actionable strategies for Unmind
Deep commitment to promoting mental and physical wellbeing both within the team and for our customers.
Strong crosscultural communication and interpersonal skills.
