YOUR ROLE
Sales Manager Eastern / Southern Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Strategic expansion and sustainable development of the sales and service infrastructure in the Eastern/Southern Europe region
- Establishing and intensifying longterm business/customer relationships with a focus on distributors service partners and direct customers
- Researching evaluating identifying potential and onboarding new sales partners to further expand the existing external sales and service network
- Definition planning and implementation of sales strategies
- Sales planning for the area of responsibility conducting planning meetings with the heads of the individual sales regions
- Creating and maintaining contracts with distributors (sales partners)
- Conducting joint customer visits and contract negotiations
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- You have completed training or a degree with a technical background and have experience in the sale of technical components or systems
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function ideally in mechanical and plant engineering or another technically innovative environment
- Ideally you have already gained some management experience
- You have an independent goaloriented and systematic way of working a strong handson mentality and a high sense of responsibility and reliability
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
