Key job responsibilities
Driving innovation that improves the undertheroof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
Partnering with crossfunctional teams to plan organize execute and standardize complex projects to achieve 2025 variable cost and quality goals
Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams
Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations
Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business
The Sr. Program Manager will also demonstrate:
Confidence operating in a highly ambiguous and iterative business space
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Willingness to challenge and influence big leaders
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment where continuous innovation is desired
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others

About the team
Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions. Youll participate in strategy sessions lead project implementations and present insights to stakeholders. Your work will directly impact millions of customer experiences.
Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Experience with SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
