Job Overview

We are seeking a Juniorlevel Chief Of Staff for a fulltime position based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and possess essential skills to support the leadership team by driving strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth operations across multiple domains. The role demands effective stakeholder management team leadership and change facilitation.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in stakeholder management to effectively engage communicate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated ability in leading crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment and effective collaboration towards common goals. (Mandatory skill)
  • Change management skills to facilitate and manage organizational transitions while minimizing disruption. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in strategic planning to set prioritize and achieve organizational objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Skilled in project management for planning executing and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret complex datasets drive decisions and improve organization performance.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve disputes effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of HR practices contributing to the management of human resources strategies and operations effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor and counsel to the executive team providing insights and recommendations on critical issues.
  • Lead and manage crossfunctional strategic initiatives ensuring timely and successful aligned with company objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and levels of the organization to ensure smooth operations and clear decisionmaking.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic plans including setting timelines priorities and performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry trends to provide market intelligence and business recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings conferences and organizational events.
  • Oversee the management of key projects across the organization ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and deadlines met.
  • Support human resources in talent acquisition management and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
