Proven Customer Service/Customer Care experience.
Track record of overachieving quota.
Strong phone contact handling skills Good Email writing skills and active listening.
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Working knowledge in customs bonded warehouse would be additional advantage
Knowledge Required:
Order Management Experience in core Customer Service handling end to end transactions in Quote to Cash.
