Purpose
As a customer care representative you will be the first point of contact for the company in relation to the Lead Replacement programme. The duties will include offering administrative support to Planning. You will answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls. You will also coordinate other activities including distributing correspondence and provide administrative support to the lead replacement teams working closely with the Planning Team.
