We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. What You Will Do:

Daily Sales Activities

  • Leverage your knowledge of lubricant products including technical specifications to support transportation and industrial applications.
  • Collect and analyze information to build strategic account plans aimed at growing customer business and increasing market share.
  • Utilize company systems and tools to maintain accurate customer profiles manage demand forecasts document customer interactions and track opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technology product management supply chain etc. to provide highquality technical and logistic solutions.
  • Assist in the collection of receivables and work proactively to prevent and resolve supply challenges.
  • Build and nurture a strong network both internally and externally to ensure seamless crossfunctional alignment.

Account Management

  • Develop and share valuable customer and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze customer profiles business plans competitive positioning and SWOT to create strategic plans for customer growth.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand and define their needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling Lubrizol value propositions and identify cooperative initiatives that drive results.
  • Align sales objectives with internal stakeholders and lead efforts to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Foster trust and retain longterm relationships with key customer contacts.

What You Need:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline such as chemistry engineering business or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or sales preferably within the chemical industry and with B2B customer interactions.

  • Commercial experience is highly preferred.

  • A proactive and selfmotivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  • A resultoriented approach with excellent selfdirection.

  • Team player with a strong ability to learn independently.

  • Wellorganized and principled with the ability to complete tasks on time and with high quality.

  • An All In attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in verbal and written English; bilingual capabilities are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel Word Dynamics and Outlook.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
