Job Description

The Sharon Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Varsity Girls Soccer Coach to lead and develop our Varsity Girls soccer team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive team culture promote player development and uphold the values of sportsmanship teamwork and personal growth.Responsibilities:Plan and execute effective training sessions focused on skill development team strategy fitness and tactical awareness.Lead the Varsity Girls team in preseason scrimmages practices games and postseason competition.Develop a team culture that supports studentathlete growth both on and off the pitch.Maintain open communication with studentathletes parents school administration and the athletic director.Promote good sportsmanship and leadership within the team and broader school community.Qualifications:Previous coaching experience at the high school or club levelKnowledge of soccer fundamentals game strategy andExcellent communication organizational and leadership skills.CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to pass a background check in accordance with school policiesHow to apply:Interested candidates should apply via SchoolSpring.
