We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Viral Production with high selfdiscipline outstanding time management skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic business campaign management excellent communication skills and the capability to figure things out with outcomes in mind.

As a Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Viral Production you will work closely with many partners to develop strategy and implement global marketing programs to drive awareness and generate demand for our Viral Production business. You will be working in a fastpaced environment.

To excel in this role you possess strong project management skills. Balancing multiple projects and activities simultaneously is critical. You should have the capacity to perform your work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing programs through a strategic and datadriven approach on tactic selection and decision making to drive business outcomes.
• With a focus on customer needs develop and test creative content and messaging.
• Collaborate with application/technical marketing and product management teams to seamlessly incorporate their content into strategic marketing programs.
• Lead the endtoend marketing program process from strategy development planning and present program performance priorities and support needed to provide businesswide visibility.
• Identify new opportunities and innovative ways to improve program efficiency and customer engagement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends customer behavior and competitive landscape to advise marketing program strategies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers acting as their advocate within the company to ensure their needs are met.
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams to tailor campaigns to local markets while maintaining global consistency.
• Strong project management to ensure results are completed time and on budget can hold themselves and others accountable.
• Handle marketing program budgets ensuring costeffective allocation of resources and improving return on investment.
• Travel in the field occasionally to work directly with customers understanding their needs gather feedback and ensure marketing program relevance and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in life sciences biology marketing business administration or communications.
• 8 years of experience with accomplishments in marketing and/or market development
• 2 years of experience in viral production marketing
• Proven track record of successfully managing and driving high profile marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Willingness and ability to travel <20 of time
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM systems and analytics platforms.
