Job Description
- Job Description:
We are looking a Senior manager who lead the team of production support development and implementation. The candidates should have knowledge of EFT switch having experience of 4 to 5 years having very good hands on experience of Core Java development (minimum of 6 years) and with good educational background BE/BTech/MCA
- Responsibilities:
- Manage production systems and provide L3 level support.
- Manage the development for new/customization for implementation
- Change migration application patch management application
- Housekeeping of production system
- Application version upgrade
- HA and DR system management.
- Conducting DR drill twice an year.
- Maintaining up time of system.
- Providing of RCA for the incident.
- Planning of implementation projects
- Resource allocation and providing of timelines to PM
- SIT and UAT support
- Verifying of testing and preparing of test cases based on SoW.
- Documentation SoW LLD (low level design HLD (high level design)
- Development management New or customization for projects.
- Design architecture secure and handling load for payment application
- Skills:
- Knowledge of Switch ISO and NDC/DDC protocol is must.
- Card management
- Card Scheme VISA/MasterCard/RuPay knowledge is must
- DB knowledge is must (any DB is would be okay) SQL preferable
- Experience of Java (minimum 6 years exp) is mandatory
- Team management
- Patch management
Experience Level: 4 to 5 years
Remark If candidate work on Postilion switch would be preferable
