Hiring for Heat Treatment Engineers in Gears Manufacturing Industry
Position:Heat Treatment Engineer 02 nos
Qualification: Diploma / BE
Experience: 23 years in the heat treatment department
Skills:
- Able To Operate and Dealing with Metallurgical lab inspection.(Rockwell hardness tester micro Vickers hardness tester).
- Microscopic inspection Such as Case Carburizing Hardening &Tempering Normalizing Process.
- Having Basic Operating & Loading Knowledge of Continuous Iso annealing furnace Sealed QuenchedFurnace Salt Quenched Furnace.
- Knowledge of Iso Thermal Annealing Normalizing Hardening & Tempering Case Carburizing Subzero Treatment etc heat treatment processes.
- Knowledge of spectrometer to check the raw material.
- Knowledge of Jominey test of a raw material.
