Job Description

We are a dynamic and customerfocused organization looking to enhance our team with a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Specialist for our US calling process. This roleis critical in providing highquality customer service and support to our USbased clients.The position requires flexibility with shift hours primarily during the night to align with USbusiness hours. If you have a passion for helping others excellent communication skillsand experience in BPO/KPO sectors we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and efficientmanner.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open andinteractive communication.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives withinthe time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and filedocuments.
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Shift Hours
  • Flexible mostly night shifts to accommodate US business hours.
  • Specific shift timings will be discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativewith a minimum of 2 years in a BPO/KPO setting preferred.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written with the ability to engage in conversationwith US clients.
