Work arrangements: 1day remote allowed by week
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum for which an agreement must be signed between GSK the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements the internship will not be paid. However some expenses will be reimbursed.

Develop and manage a series of videos that highlight the impact of automation within our organization.
Collaborate with various team members to source content script videos and manage the production process.
Use social media and internal communication channels to promote the video series.
Assist in the development and of strategic communication plans to enhance the visibility and engagement of the Automation Community of Practice.
Draft newsletters blog posts and other communication materials.
Assist in coordinating the transfer of our Workplace platform to a new system.
Support the migration process of SharePoint content to the Keep Growing Campus ensuring a smooth transition
Demonstrating analytical and problemsolving skills learned through academic coursework.
Some experience or familiarity with content creation showing creativity and technical proficiency.
Willingness to handle feedback and make necessary improvements demonstrating excellent listening and communication skills.
Experience in creating a comprehensive communication plan demonstrating written and verbal communication skills possibly through previous academic projects.
Soft skills such as adaptability resilience and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a rapidly changing technological environment.
