Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive VIP & Affiliates Manager to support the UK Head of Marketing in developing our affiliate partnership strategy generating new leads and offering our clients bestinclass experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of luxury Clientelling and proven track record of building B2B relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious brand and contribute towards executing on a luxury strategy.

As our new VIP & Affiliates Manager you will join our UK Marketing team in London United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities
Affiliate Partnership Management

  • Manage daytoday relationships with affiliate partners (e.g. Architects Interior Designs Concierges Automotive etc. understanding their business and lead generation.
  • Identify new affiliates with shared values onboard and manage relationships.
  • Curate events and marketing were relevant with affiliate partners to ensure crosspollination of valued customers.
  • Contribute towards refining our affiliate partnership business model to ensure it is continually fit for purpose.

New lead generation

  • Identify new endclient sales prospects make initial introductions and drive awareness of Bang & Olufsen portfolio and offering.
  • Utilize various tools e.g. LinkedIn Networking Events Private Members clubs etc. to make connections with potential new customers.
  • Introduce customers to local stores help develop client solutions and support clients throughout sales installation & aftercare processes.
  • Track sales process to ensure correct and timely followup with all prospective new clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Support all stores with top clients specific focus on UK top 100.
  • Curate unforgettable experiences for VIP clients tailored to their interests and needs e.g. factory tours meet and greets partner events etc.
  • Develop lifetime value of top 100 clients within UK.

What you bring
To excel in this role you have with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in VIP Clientelling and/or luxury partnership role.
Moreover you bring:

  • A bachelors or masters degree within business marketing communications or a related field.
  • Good understanding of digital and social media platforms e.g. Instagram WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data management.
  • Highly organized nature with excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and with external partners. Building relationships quickly and easily is second nature to you.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for luxury brands and highend experiences.
  • Proactive work method and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: London United Kingdom.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Travel: Up to 25 within the United Kingdom.
