We are seeking a skilled Controller to lead our finance operations and uphold our tradition of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Process Management: Direct and support our finance team enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage payroll WIP reports quarterend close bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Payment Processing & Cash Flow Management: Oversee all payment processes and maintain rigorous cash flow management to support company operations.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Handle bond management and contractor licensing ensuring all financial and regulatory risks are managed proactively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth financial operations.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven expertise in finance management.
- 57 years related experience preferably in the construction sector
- Strong leadership capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
