Designation: Sales HR Manager
Experience: Min. 3 6 years
Location: Delhi
Salary:INR 711 LPA (Depending on Experience open salary for deserving candidates)

Job Description:
As the Sales HR Manager you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources aspect of our sales department. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales team is wellequipped motivated and aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on recruitment performance management and data analysis to drive sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source screen and interview candidates for sales positions ensuring a highquality talent pipeline.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members to drive continuous improvement.
Analyze sales performance data using Excel or other tools to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Serve as a liaison between the sales department and HR guiding HR policies procedures and compliance matters.
Act as a mentor and coach to sales team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and legal requirements related to sales HR management.
Requirements:
MBA in HR or related field.
Minimum 3 6 years of experience in sales HR management preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proven track record of driving sales performance through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
