Qualifications and Skills
- 24 years of experience in telesales and personal loan sales
- Strong knowledge of telesales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in handling personal loan telecalling
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of female telesales representatives in selling personal loans
- Set sales targets and strategies for the team to achieve
- Monitor and evaluate team performance providing coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
