We are a b2b2c software company striving to give home buyers and mortgage advisors a fully digital mortgage experience. We connect the home buyers journey of buying property with valueadding services along the way such as property valuation roboadvice for financing options and leveraging AI to classify and read documents.
Over 600 mortgage advisors from 100 different companies use FinLink including Swisslife Select Baufi24 Homeday and Immofinanzcheck.
- Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers
- Ensure long term tech health scalability and maintainability
- Ensure engineering best practices and technical integrity
- Ensure development of team members
- Remove blockers and resolve conflicts of the team
- Assist the product manager in creating estimating and executing Epics and User Stories
- 2 years of leading a team of at least 3 software engineers
- Experience building production ready software as well as maintaining and monitoring its behavior on production
- Experience with Angular
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- The ability to share and receive direct feedback with empathy and EQ
- Very good communication skills in English (our office language) and in German
