Description:
- Pega Certifications up to and including Lead System Architect (at least 3 years of Pega experience)
- A highly technical handson individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.
- Experience with systems analysis design development integration enhancement and deployment as well as application support for various applications.
- Experience leading the deployment of new modules upgrades and fixes.
- Experience reviewing solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of the endtoend IT process including architecture design & engineering implementation and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex system/integration problems through innovative solutions.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Pipelines
- Releases
- Backlogs
- Experience with endtoend solution delivery in Pega
- Lead project teams
- Ensure successful project implementation
- Ensure coding and quality standards are met
- Conduct code/peer reviews design reviews and demos
- Willing to lead peers/developers in a group environment serving as a coach and mentor.
- Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert and proactively responding to ad hoc questions
