Advertising Solutions is TMobiles fastgrowing advertising technology business. It leverages highquality mobile data from the TMobile network that enables advertisers to build audience segments based on app ownership and usage insights. TMobile is bringing innovative solutions to the advertising space making more channels and better data accessible to advertisers of all kinds.This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of advertising campaigns for TAds and its clients. The Analyst Business Intelligence is a skilled data analyst who excels in uncovering insights from various datasets translating information into actionable recommendations and optimizing advertising performance through datadriven strategies. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization they will work collaboratively with Customer Success and Ad Operations to provide insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs including CTR CPA ROAS conversion rates and more.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support client presentations and business reviews
- Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders in clear and actionable ways to enhance campaign outcomes
- Ensure data integrity quality and consistency across reporting systems.
Respond and produce additional ad hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as the need arises.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Business Statistics Economics Marketing or related field. (Required)
- Prefer 2 years experience related to business intelligence.
- Analyst experience in a publisher advertising agency or ad tech.
- Experience in conducting and communicating datadriven analyses; proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL Google Analytics or BI tools (Tableau Looker Power BI)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Communication Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills. (Required)
- Attention To Detail Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills. (Required)
- Communication Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to management and peers in various departments. (Required)
- Quantitative Analytics Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. (Required)
- Microsoft Office Expertise in Excel PowerPoint and Word required. (Required)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
