Valley Health Family Medicine Physician
Valley Health is proud to be a vital healthcare provider for over 125000 patients each year across southern West Virginia southeastern Ohio and eastern Kentucky. With a network of more than 60 facilities we deliver a comprehensive range of services including family medicine womens health dentistry internal medicine ENT optometry pediatrics and behavioral health. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Valid medical license in West Virginia and/or Ohio or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
Dedication to communityfocused care and ongoing professional growth
