Position Overview:
Under the Direction of the Holistic Alternative Response Teams (HART) Senior Program Manager the HART Program Supervisor is responsible for the daytoday administrative and programmatic coordination of the HART program and collaboration with the Harris County Sheriffs Office (HCSO). The HART Program Supervisor will work closely with internal partners HART Operations staff and the HCSO to ensure program requirements and outcomes of the HART Program are met accurately documented and reported.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team and program leadership to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the Holistic Assistance Response Team (HART) program.
  • Supervise and support HART program staff providing guidance training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards and foster effective teamwork.
  • Assist in the development and of programmatic and operational strategies to enhance program efficiency service delivery and community impact.
  • Coordinate and schedule divisionwide community outreach activities ensuring proper staffing resource allocation and collaboration with engagement and outreach teams to meet program goals.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes partnering with the operations team to track performance metrics and ensure accurate documentation of results.
  • Facilitate the successful enrollment of program participants in relevant services by collaborating with with internal and community partners and agencies to ensure access to resources.
  • Conduct field assessments to identify operational challenges providing feedback and recommendations to the operations team and program leadership to continuous program improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and partners working with the engagement and outreach team to strengthen program visibility and engagement. Conduct presentations as needed.
  • Assist the program leadership in strategic planning program evaluation and the of key initiatives to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
