We are seeking a Technology AnalystStudent for our North American Headquarters (NAHQ) in Edmonton Alberta that is available for 8months starting in May 2025. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Solution Architect.
As a Technology AnalystStudent and depending on your assigned project you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
- Assists in provisioning monitoring and maintaining missioncritical cloud infrastructure
- Remediate incident escalations from customers vendors and other Business Technology teams
- Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure
- Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participate in ProofofConcepts
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate system documentation
- Supports the team in providing business process application requirements definition and documentation for a given project
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you will bring to the role
- Currently enrolled in a management information system information technology computer science or operations management program
- Always on top of the latest technology trends
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong teamoriented environment
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset
- Ability & willingness to learn programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell or .NET to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset
